A global IT solutions company is looking for a PV Specialist. The successful individual will handle case triage, perform quality checks, manage data entry, and oversee clerical and general affairs. This role is based in Osaka.
Responsibilities:
- Triage cases, perform quality checks, enter data, and handle clerical tasks
- Execute Pharmacovigilance activities smoothly from onsite and offsite
- Supervise and guide PV teams in process delivery
- Ensure timely completion of client requests
- Clarify unclear client updates
- Facilitate communication between client and offshore team
Requirements:
- More than 1 year of individual case triage or QC experience
- Background in processing pharmacovigilance activities (Quality control, ICSR management, and specific reports)
- Understanding of pharmacovigilance
- Familiarity with Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, GVP or GPSP ministerial ordinance, and related operation
- Native level Japanese; proficient in English
