The Associate Software Engineer will support and maintain the organization’s HR applications and modules including data management, data tracking, compliance, and reporting.

Duties:
- Oversees and maintains optimal function of the Oracle HCM Cloud Systems, HR-related Web-service Apps and Digital Tools, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to all levels of users.
- Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for users.
- Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
- Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.
- Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR design and implementation projects.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HR-related Systems & Apps providers, vendors, and technology.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Assists with the acquisition of data reports, summaries and logs for company leaders and HR staff.
- Manages tier one issues in the case management system within GREENFEED's HR-related Systems

- Programming language C/C++, Java
- Good interpersonal and technical support skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HR meets organizational needs and goals.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HR product.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Maintain strict confidentiality using appropriate discretion.
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI
- Experience with HR/timekeeping/recruiting systems, Oracle HCM Cloud, Web-service Apps, Mobile Apps… a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 3+ years’ experience working within HR Information Systems Administration.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly desirable
