Overview
Work with various business and IT teams and define technical requirements for Identity Management (IDM) and ensure the right architecture/design is implemented. Develop / implement Identity Access management functionality to fulfill business requirements. Specify guidelines and processes for integration, administration and maintenance of Identity Access Management tools. Gather requirements and guide / recommend the right integration pattern for applications needing services, taking into consideration the impact to the environment and standards set in PepsiCo. Create and maintain documentation for security related activities and metrics reporting via Computer Associates (CA) IDM and Recertification tools.
Responsibilities
- Provides subject matter expertise in solutioning and implementing identity access management requirements
- Create and conduct privileged access recertification using CA Identity governance.
- Work as an individual contributor, interact with business team to onboard applications for recertification.
- Perform tool upgrade, enhancements and bugfix.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and support the implementation of Identity Governance program requirements.
- Maintain Identity Management systems and provide escalation support for system issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Play a key role in efforts to implement/enforce role management, SOD, RBAC, and other IAM concepts.
- Collaborate with engineers and analysts on IGA initiatives and service offerings.
- Perform routine operational tasks to ensure availability while maintaining least privilege, privileged access management, just in time access, etc.
- Continuously seek process improvements that meet security, efficiency, compliance, and industry best practices.
- May participate in projects including preparing project plans, assigning tasks, monitoring statuses, coordinating efforts, validating team recommendations, integrating efforts into a comprehensive strategy and delivering results on time.
- Adapt the architecture to evolving security conditions and support security guidelines.
- Develop and deliver applicable documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience required
Mandatory Skills:
- 6+ years of hands-on development, customization, and configuration management experience for an Identity Management and Governance solution
- 5 + years of experience in installing and configuring with CA Identity Governance and CA Identity Portal
- 6+ years of experience with industry best practices for Access governance, processes, and controls.
- 4+ years of experience Operationalizing reports and analytics.
- 5+ years of experience with IAM Concepts such as Role Management, SOD, RBAC, ABAC, Privileged Access Management, SSO, etc.
- 4+ years of experience with the IAM SDLC and the User Identity Lifecycle, Reconciliation, Monitoring, and Auditing.
- 4+ years of experience in Pentaho kettle scripts and Jasper Reporting tool
- Knowledge and understanding in Recertification process.
- 3+ years of experience in Java coding and scripting.
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle 12c/19c or SQL Server Database is required
