Job Description:
We seek proactive candidates to join us in driving our electrification journey through Europe. As a Project Coordinator at Star Charge Europe, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day projects within our Solutions Team. You will actively participate in various project phases, working closely with cross-functional teams. We are looking for a strong team player with an analytical mindset, eager to contribute towards continuously improving our standards and becoming a project expert in our products.
The Project Coordinator is expected to:
- Manage and coordinate daily projects within the Solutions team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Document Management and car rental coordination.
- Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders and team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and standards.
What you need to bring with you:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent vocational training (Ausbildung).
- English is the mother tongue; German is at least B1 level.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
