Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop and implement global customer service strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective support for suppliers and buyers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer service issues, providing expert guidance and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize Service Now platform to manage and track customer service requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of chatbot technology to streamline customer interactions and enhance the overall user experience
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to customer service teams, ensuring a high level of knowledge and proficiency.
  • Analyze and improve customer service processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, Service Now, and process improvement as lead of customer area
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service processes.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to improve the adoption of chatbot technology.

You’ll receive:
