IT Systems Administrator for a Sustainability SaaS [Finland]

We are looking for a responsible and motivated IT Systems Administrator to take ownership of our working environments. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure, security, networks, and systems.

One Click LCA’s innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 140 countries and is growing rapidly. We target construction (where we are the global leader) and manufacturing verticals, responsible for nearly half of global carbon emissions.

This full-time, permanent position is available on a hybrid basis for candidates based in Helsinki, Finland.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and maintain our Microsoft environment, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD.
  • Oversee Google Workspace, ensuring efficient and secure communication via email and calendar.
  • Administer Atlassian tools for document and ticket management, with a focus on user and access management.
  • Perform laptop asset management for both Windows and Mac systems, including inventory control, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide end-user support for all hardware and software needs.
  • Work closely with our IT Security Team to ensure systems are secure, implement security best practices, and remediate any potential vulnerabilities.


What you need:

  • Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Manager, or similar remote support role.
  • Expertise in managing and deploying Microsoft tools, including Intune, Defender, 365, and Azure AD.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace management.
  • Experience with the Atlassian toolset, particularly in user and access management.
  • Familiarity with both Windows and Mac systems for laptop asset management and end-user support.
  • Strong understanding of IT best practices, including data backup/recovery, security, and systems redundancy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, proactiveness and ability to respond timely to urgent requests from colleagues.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in English as it is our company’s language.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified, Azure Administrator Associate, Google Workspace Admin, and Atlassian Certified Administrator are considered a plus.
