Our organization is looking for a hands-on Accountant to manage the outsourced finance and accounting functions for our plant in China. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our outsourcing partner to ensure all transactional activities and treasury related tasks are accurately and efficiently performed. You will report to the Senior Accountant and will work closely with cross-functional teams.Job Description
. Assist in the day-to-day finance and accounting operations for the plant in Suzhou, including managing outsourced partner to ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactional financial and accounting related activities and treasury tasks.
. Assist in preparing and filing tax returns accurately and in a timely manner ensuring compliance with applicable regulation.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial reporting requirements
. Work with both internal and external auditors to facilitate and support the audit process.
.Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation is in place for all financial transactions.

Assist and perform month end related activities relating to the Record-to-report process, financial reporting requirements to ensure that it is in accordance with the local GAAP and USGAAP requirements.
. Assist in preparing and filing tax returns accurately and in a timely manner ensuring compliance with applicable regulation.
- Assist in managing the company's treasury functions, including cash management, bank and forecasting.
- Perform scanning and administrative tasks as required.
- Perform bank reconciliations and related tasks.
- Perform cash management functions.
- Monitor and analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and ad-hoc analysis as required.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial reporting requirements
. Work with both internal and external auditors to facilitate and support the audit process.
- Responsible to ensure SOX compliance.
.Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation is in place for all financial transactions.
- Responsible for SAP integration testing for our newly design SAP ERP system.
- Responsible to work with outsourcing party for issues resolutions for operational activities for the plant.
- Any other task as assigned.
