3DM Solutions looking for Customer Support Representative that can liaison with our current and potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively solving customer issues
- Complaints, and inquiries
- Keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
- Finding new clients/booking appointments on call.
- Client Follow-ups
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Can speak English / compose emails in English
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: Rs15,000.00 per month
