We are seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented Office Manager/Front Desk Receptionist to join our thriving medspa. **Position Type: Full-time or Part-time**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Managing inventory for IV hydration, aesthetic injectables, laser and general medical supplies
- Warmly greeting patients, handling check-ins and check-outs
- Assisting in the preparation of treatment rooms between procedures
- Messaging patients, coordinating care and managing appointments
- Handling billing processes and explaining procedures to clients
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly by performing administrative tasks and assisting with opening and closing duties
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or office manager role, preferably in a medical or spa setting
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of medical billing and scheduling software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; further education in Office Administration or a related field will be a plus
