Job description
The business development team is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic sales & marketing programs with the main goal of driving the company’s revenue growth. The position is also essential in strengthening client relations as part of account management and client retention.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively Identify new opportunities through market research, telesales, and networking events
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Generate, pursue, establish productive and professional relationships with potential business leads
- Spearhead the preparation, submission, presentation, and review of proposals, bids, quotations, contracts and other relevant documents and requirements for potential clients
- Engage, negotiate, and coordinate with potential clients with the objective of closing sales agreements
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers, and build customer relationships
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with the business development team, executives, in the development of marketing strategies and literature
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business related course
- At least 3 years' professional experience in marketing, business development and/or account management in a B2B environment
- Exhibits strong presence, demonstrating candor, clarity of thought, self confidence, poise, and professionalism
- Must have excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English
- Must possess “business sense”, excellent analytical skills, keen attention to details and strong commitment to quality

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
