The HR Business Partner is tasked with ensuring alignment between the business operations and the HR practices and objectives. They have a keen understanding of the business’s strategy, providing dynamic solutions using experience, data analyses, and organizational agility to guide his decision making. The HR Business Partner provides consulting and coaching to departmental leaders and managers in order to support the business’s vision, mission, and overall objectives. They are also responsible for delivering a comprehensive and consumer-driven people service, aligning both people management and commercial strategies
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to managers and employees in various HR-related and resolve any issues that may arise
2.Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
3.Assist in the processing and disposition of disciplinary action items
4.Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
5.Assist in the implementation of Performance Management (Goal Setting, Mid Year Performance Review, YE Performance Reviews)
6.Oversee and project manage implementation of Employee Engagement Initiatives and Rewards and Recognition Program
7.Assist in the gathering and analysis of data for useful HR metrics (e.g. time to hire, employee turnover rates, employee satisfaction, etc.)

9.Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
10.Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Monitor and analyse various HR Processes to develop/suggest more efficient procedures to ensure delivery of HR services while maintaining high level of accuracy and timely pay-out to employees
11.Partner and work as an adviser to various leaders in the organization to ensure implementation of various HR policies and resolve any people related concerns.
12.Assists in the Preparation and update of key HR Report
