Job Description
Oversee product enhancements, design, or re-designs. Support the business to establish customer needs, build and sell the right products. Responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer requirements to create winning product.
Required Experience and Qualification
- Responsible for the product throughout its product lifecycle, managing all aspects of the product throughout its lifecycle.
- Develop positioning and messaging to differentiate products in the market
- Development framework to bring product idea to market including sourcing costing and commercialization.
- Identify and fill product gaps, createproducts that meet production and market requirements.
- generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Work other units and teams to ensure smooth development and promotion of products.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the market related to products
- Track and analyze product performance making necessary improvements.
- Develop necessary documentations for clarity on on product features, benefits etc. for stakeholders.
- Drive product launches including Concept development and testing; Marketing strategy and business analysis.
Skill Requirements:
- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations.
- work experience in product management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business management, supply chain and operations management, project management or related field. (Complementary certification within product management a plus)
- Proven experience as a Product Manager.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven by innovation, have a passion for product development

Salary: ₦1,000,000.00 - ₦1,800,000.00 per year
