Requirements
- Post-school qualification in administration or a relevant field.
- Experience in customer services and administration.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Neat and organised.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English with good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- General garden administration.
- Handling of uniforms.
- Manage the clock in system and process overtime hours.
- Orders for purchases.
- Issue invoices and handle queries.
- Process monthly Agrimark statements for allocations/purchases.
- Handle contracts for new staff.
- Assist with the following administrative tasks:
- Training interns
- Tours and activities
- Weekend roster
- Garden’s yearly programme
- Manage keys for vehicles.
- Assist with the management of volunteers and interns.
- Updating the garden database.
