We are on the hunt for an experienced Social Media & Marketing Manager to join yd. on a 12 month mat leave cover. Now is an exciting time to join yd. which is a part of Retail Apparel Group (Tarocash, Rockwear, Connor, Johnny Bigg, AXL+CO) due to continual growth opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is hungry to help grow yd.’s social channels through strategic campaigns & content. Ideally you will have fashion experience & understand the part social media plays in building strong brand awareness and engagement for a brand like yd.

This role reports directly into the Head of Creative & Marketing and will work closely with the wider yd. team & RAG Digital Hub.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Growth of our organic social channels and community.
• Influencer/talent liaison, development of strong ongoing partnerships.
• Compile monthly reports for management showing results.
• Identify and facilitate PR opportunities and partnerships.
• Create a regular content publishing schedule across all channels.
• Liaise with digital hub & agencies on digital marketing strategies.
• Support new store openings by developing launch activities.
• Lead the development of the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator.
