Senior Manager, China CoolSculpting Training [China]


 

Responsible for managing China CoolSculpting training strategy. Working closely with cross functional team to ensure the training strategy support China CoolSculpting. Develop and deliver CoolSculpting education courses and CoolSculpting sales training based on a deep understanding of markets specifics. Adapt industry leading training programs that inspire, educate, and empower our customers (external and internal) to achieve success with CoolSculpting.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
Hire, promote, and manage performance of employees for the China CoolSculpting training team. Mentor and coach by providing opportunities for development, while setting clear goals and performance expectations.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: DESCRIBE SCOPE:
Set up CoolSculpting training strategy for China market 50%
Content and curriculum input and development 30%
Deliver CSE Training Courses and Internal Training Courses 10%
Financial oversight and budget tracking for China’s body contouring training team 10%


Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) and above,Clinical medicine or Clinical pharmacy is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales marketing or training experience in the medical aesthetic industry.
  • People management experience or Working experience in medical device industry is preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)
  • Using a solid foundation of knowledge related to the Company’s products and competition, design and execute ongoing physician education and internal sales training programs.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to translate HCP insights and market trend into effective training strategy.
  • Identify training opportunities for the sales force to maximize sales effectiveness. Implement training classes and programs to improve product delivery, clinical knowledge, and selling skills.
  • Deliver timely updates to course curricula and training materials that reflect changes in product offerings and market demands.
  • Use tracking systems within Veeva to assess, evaluate and enhance training initiatives.
  • Liaise between Sales and Marketing/Practice Support /Clinical/Product Development to provide necessary guidance in the development of marketing programs/materials, clinical studies/papers, and upcoming product launches.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal skill. High degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment
  • Effective internal key stakeholder management.
  • High level of business acumen; effective problem solver with creative solutions
  • Highly organized and detail orientated. Being able to create and manage annual training calendar with course selections and timing that reflects market needs.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% including multi-overnight stays is required.
