Our client is a leading real estate development and services business in Africa and is currently looking to recruit to fill the role of a Realtor with Marketing and Sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the Sales and Marketing activities for the company in line with sales targets.
- Ensuring all company marketing collateral such as Website, Sales Office, brochures, pitch documents etc, are completed to an appropriate quality for an international standard premium residential development.
- Providing accurate and timely responses to client enquiries with a view to converting enquires to sales.
- Communicate with diaspora agents and follow up
- Promote sales through advertisements, listing services and mixers.
- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
Qualifications
- First degree. Advanced degrees accepted. Marketing or Sales related degree will be an advantage.
- Experience in property development or PR related organizations is a requirement.
- Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience in Marketing, Real estate or Hospitality organization.
