For corporate events and local galas, the hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a 1,200 square-meter ballroom.


Job Description


Revenue Manager

Revenue Manager reports to Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Revenue Strategy and plays a pivotal role in maximizing total revenues and profit of the hotel. S/he will be accountable to analyze hotel’s performance in various revenue streams, not only the Rooms, and provide the strategic recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

What you will be doing:

  • Plays an active role in the Strategic Planning, Marketing Plan and budgeting processes.
  • Takes an active role in the development of rates, promotions, packages and other selling strategies.
  • Works with internal stakeholders to encourage strategic selection of the right piece of business, in keeping with corporate guidelines.
  • Determines unconstrained demand and maintains the data within the Demand Analysis strategies, both future and historical.
  • Continuous analysis of changing channel distribution models and the impact on consumer booking trends.
  • Responsible for managing Property Management System and Revenue Management System.
  • Provides revenue optimizing training to relevant stakeholders including but not limited to FO, Reservations, Sales and F&B Team.
  • Ensures to deliver the daily/weekly/monthly reporting in a timely manner.

Qualifications


Your experience and skills include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Economics, Business or a related field will be an asset.
  • 3+ years in revenue management with a track record of achieving revenue goals and driving growth.
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools, as well as property management systems.
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under time constraint
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills.
  • Service oriented with an eye for details.
