Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage customers’ queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supervise and ensure smooth running of the front of house operation
  • Assist F&B Manager with achieving restaurant financial targets
  • Assist F&B Manager with training and development of team members
  • Comply with safety, health and food regulations

Requirements

  • Customer orientated
  • Able to work 5 days a week including weekend and public holidays
  • Able to effectively communicate with team members and customers
  • Able to respond and adapt to different work situations
