- Part-time contract, 20 hours/week: Monday – Friday from 15:00 to 19:00
- Training schedule: Monday – Friday from 09:00 to 18:00

What you’ll experience at Webhelp
As a Customer Representative in our team, you will:
- Provide first level technical support of the following products: home-range printers, Large format printer, scanners and video-projectors among others, for consumers and business customers
- Provide presales support and accurate information about the products
- Support reseller and under warranty services arrangements
- Provide Multi-channel technical support (phone, e-mail, chat or social media)
We’ll be a great match if you:
- Are native or proficient in English and Spanish
- Profound knowledge of Windows Operating System
- Good knowledge of applications such as MS Office, image editing tools and/or other relevant applicants
- Profound knowledge of hardware components
- Very good understanding of technical issues
- Experience in hardware support, preferentially by phone and e-mail
- Preferentially strong technical background or technical formation
- Experience in troubleshooting guidelines.
