Antec Europe BV, a global leading company in high performance computer components and accessoires, is looking for a full time After Sales – RMA Service & Warehouse Controller for its EU office in Rotterdam (the Netherlands). The candidate is in charge of daily UPS, DHL and PostNL logistics management, and the monthly warehouse stock control report delivered to the accounting division and EU General Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative and organizational tasks related to after sales and RMA services (incl. customers’ Q&A, issue RMA numbers, communication with customer by after sales, arrange & pack spare parts based on customers’ request, PostNL, UPS & DHL logistics management and shipment arrangement for customer requested spare parts)
- Warehouse management, stock control, and ensuring products and spare parts are received-in and shipped-out correctly from the warehouse
- Deliver monthly stock control report by every month-end to the accounting division and EU General Manager
- Manage and organize defect goods, and arrange pick-ups with the recycling carrier company
Requirements/Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong team player (collaborate with NL sales, accounting, logistics, and Taiwan HQ technical support & purchase/logistics team)
- Eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent in customer and carrier relationship management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Navision, SAP)
- Experience with customer service and RMA service, and warehouse operations/administrative control is an advantage
- Innovative, creative, and open mind-set
- Affinity with different cultures
- Fluent in English
- Fluent with Chinese and/or Dutch is an advantage
