Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the quality assurance of Feishu's sub-business to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of a certain sub-business of Feishu. Including but not limited to Android, iOS, Windows, MAC, Web, backend and other fields 2. Responsible for building a quality system that adapts to the business line, and closely integrates the best practices in the industry with the characteristics of the business line. Including culture, process, technology, tools, etc. 3. Responsible for team building and establishing a sound personnel management and training mechanism.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer or related majors, 5 years or above of Internet company testing and development experience, including 2 years or above of team management experience, experience in complex business, especially B-side business test leader experience is preferred 2. Familiar with at least one programming language such as C/C++/Java/Python/Go, with good technical judgment 3. In-depth testing in at least one field of Android/iOS/Mac/Windows/Web/background Technology accumulation and project experience 4. Have a mature methodology for large-scale software quality assurance, have a certain understanding of agile development and CI/CD, and have relatively complete practical experience 5. Strong self-driving ability, responsible for project quality, able to proactively find problems and promote continuous project improvement.
