Padlockd Escape Rooms is looking for Game Masters!
No two days are the same in this fast paced puzzle orientated environment. Applicants are required to have exceptional customer service skills, high level of attention to detail, and common sense is a must. A love of escape rooms, or puzzles and games is essential!
Day to day duties will include:
- Briefing teams and introducing them to the Escape Room
- Monitoring the customers game and providing clues
- Occasional need to fix things
- Thorough cleaning of Escape Rooms, waiting areas and staff areas
- Answering the phones and replying to emails
- And other duties that may arise in the day to day running of the venue
Applicants must have:
- Played at least one escape room
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A love for Escape Rooms or puzzles and games!
- High level of attention to detail
- Great level of focus to the task at hand
- RSA
- Our shifts run from 9:40am to 5pm and 5pm to Midnight. Flexibility is a must
Job Type: Casual
Salary: From $28.26 per hour
