Kryptomach is a company in the Fintech space specilizing in devising AI and ML based solutions across stock markets in India and overseas. We are looking for a smart and mature Personal Executive (lady) to work closely with the Director of the firm.
We are seeking a mature and highly personable Female Fashion Model to join our team. This client-facing role requires exceptional customer service, strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in an effecient manner. The ideal candidate will be attractive, well groomed, friendly and an energetic personality.
Responsibilities :

1. Act as the primary point of contact between the Directors and internal/external stakehoders.
2. Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and company events as required.
3. Travel domestic/international along with the Director to meet business associates and for business development purposes.
4. Participate in meetings and developmental activities with the Senior Management to enhance skills and knowledge.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and communication within the company.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
2. A charming personality with experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
4. Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information.
5. Attractive and friendly demeanor, presenting a professional image while engaging with stakeholders.
