IT Assistant [Bahrain]


 

IT Assistant position:

1. You need to have a strong knowledge of Document Management Solution, Laserfiche in particular.

2. Should be able to perform Pre-Sales activities and search for new opportunities for Document Management and related solutions.

3. Implement and deploy Enterprise Content Management Solution from start to finish.

4. Well verse with database technologies for installing, configuring and integration, SQL Server and Oracle in particular.

5. Should be able to develop, design, and implement BPM Processes based and workflows.

6. Develop and deliver ECM and other IT related presentations and demos as and when required by the client.

7. Gather requirements and develop Scope for a given project.

8. Study and prepare to fulfil all the requirements for any ECM or IT related Tender.

9. Prepare support documentation & Training materials for end users of document management systems.

10. Conduct needs assessments to identify document management requirements of departments or end users.

11. Develop or configure document management system features, such as user interfaces, access profiles, and document workflow procedures.

12. Develop, document, or maintain standards, best practices, or system usage procedures.

13. Always ready to adapt new and advanced technologies brought aboard in the organization and be a fast learner.

14. Report/discuss all Sales Activities, Sales Reports and Daily Activities/routine work & Daily Agendas to the Manager on a daily basis.

15. Monitor and support the office LAN including Desktops, printers, Emails and make sure it’s up and running at all times and respond to the complains/queries by the office staff
