Operations Manager/General Manager for a Chain Restaurant - with experience managing multiple locations
MUST HAVE: Experience managing these multiple locations for at least 5 years

In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting with the operational duties as well as ensuring employees fulfill their functions across the board. We are seeking someone with extensive experience in managing operations across multiple locations within the QSR industry, with a minimum of 5 - 6 locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations across all restaurant locations in Kampala.
- Implementing and maintaining operational standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all outlets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and meet targets.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Shaping the working environment & managing interpersonal relationships with employees
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing operations/general management across multiple locations (6 - 7 locations)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an operations manager & general manager within the QSR industry, with multiple locations management experience.
- Must have a strong track record of working your way up within the many divisions of management in Restaurants. Your application will not be considered if you have no experience specifically in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards.
- Must have a minimum of 5 -10 years experience as an Operational Manager & General manager
