We are looking for a Assistant Banquet Service Manager who is dynamic, creative, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative and has strong problem-solving skills.Assists the Events Manager to ensure that the Events Department is a successful independent profit centre, in line with the operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the Department.

University Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management specialising in Food and Beverage Management
Excellent Communication and Guest Relations Skills
Excellent customer service and Food and Beverage service skills
Familiar with wine styles and grape varieties and other beverage items
Familiar with Audio Visual services and equipment
Well-developed computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email and Micros
Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels
Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements
Minimum 1 years work experience as Assistant Events Manager in a hotel or large convention centre with good standards
Essential prerequisite is experience in the Hotel, Restaurant or Travel industry
