Responsibilities: Lead Generation II Site Visits Evaluate a client's needs to help them buy/rent/ sell properties and achieve sales targets Cold call, email, message customers to generate leads and arrange site visits Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchase, including documentation Regularly conduct market research to identify new projects, properties and builders Be aware of real estate rules, regulations and other processes. Develop relationships with clients, builders and brokers to increase performance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Fresher
Part-time hours: 28 per week

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
