[HCMC/Hanoi] Head of eCommerce [Vietnam]


 
Our client is one of the biggest Consumer goods companies in Vietnam who is searching for experienced talent to join their BOM team:
  • Developing and implementing eCommerce strategies to drive sales and increase market share in the region
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce business, including website management, digital marketing, and customer service
  • Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and improve the customer experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product development, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Support in managing the overall digital marketing budget and spend effectiveness to secure online growth and development
  • Provide local insights and gather information, using this to develop the digital business
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Lead and develop your team to grow the business, guide through the whole employee life cycle (selection, performance, appraisal, reward, development, exits)
