CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL - INDONESIA (LOCAL) [Malaysia]


 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Interact with customers via telephone to provide information and assistance

 Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers

 Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service

 Able to resolve the calls within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)

 You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals

 Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times

 Undertake any other duties as-and-when assigned by the Management REQUIREMENTS:

 Must possess minimum Degree

 Experience in customer service roles is desirable. Past working experience in contact/call center are encouraged to apply

 Good command of spoken and written Native Indo and English.

 Personality traits – Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused

 Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills

 Stress tolerance and able to work under pressure

 Able to work on public holidays and weekends

 Required to have own transportation arrangement

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

  • Bahasa (Preferred)
