DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interact with customers via telephone to provide information and assistance
Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers
Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
Able to resolve the calls within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
Undertake any other duties as-and-when assigned by the Management REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess minimum Degree
Experience in customer service roles is desirable. Past working experience in contact/call center are encouraged to apply
Good command of spoken and written Native Indo and English.
Personality traits – Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused
Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills
Stress tolerance and able to work under pressure
Able to work on public holidays and weekends
Required to have own transportation arrangement

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
