We are looking for IT Solution Expert - SAP FICO based in Jakarta. YOUR 'DAY TO DAY' • Design and build in SAP Finance domains to achieve strategic business, financial and technology objectives • Gather requirement, lead business requirements discussions, perform and coordinate testing with various departments to implement best in class integrated solutions delivering value to the business • Combine data and business process knowledge recommending appropriate solution design options indicating implications and outcomes of the proposed design • Perform best in class development or configuration in SAP FICO module • Ensure solution alignment with Solution Design, Technology Roadmap, Reference Architecture, IT Guiding Principles, and PMI practices • Provide Application Support of SAP P1 application, organize trainings and manuals • Contribute to resolution of project/enhancement related issues by analyzing, identifying and proposing solutions. Assess and mitigate project/enhancement risks. • Interact with mid to senior-level executives displaying knowledge, experience and leading practice advice to identify issues • Exposure towards service management best practices, ensuring proper and quality service provisioning to customers WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR • University degree in IT related studies • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in SAP FICO implementation experience • Experience with 3 - 5 cycle or more SAP project implementation on FICO • Experience Agile solution development process (including hands-on experience) • Deep knowledge of ECC FICO and Finance core processes • Experience with on-premises and cloud/SaaS applications, in SAP / digital technology and in working in projects that are using Agile and DevOps best practices • Be a self-starter and be able to drive end to end process and solution leadership. • Understanding of common industry frameworks like SCRUM, ITIL • Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments • Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Teammate with a proven track record to lead through influence • Top-end strategic problem solving and strong analytic skills • Ability to share sophisticated ideas in a simple way, and collaborator • Passionate about continuously learning in a changing environment • Consumer-centric approach and mindset • A collaborative team player, comfortable in dealing with all types of external and internal stakeholders • Organizational and leadership abilities • Creative thinking skills WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
