Job Responsibilities:
- Must provide relevant product and service information.
- Should be a problem-solve for the customer related to the product/service
- Interacts with the customer by recording account information and maintaining customer records.
- Build a relationship with the customer and acknowledge to resolve customer complaints that would lead to a good Quality assurance result.
- Must be enthusiastic and maintain a positive professional attitude towards the customer all the time.
- Bring up innovation for the betterment of the customer experience.
- Must be familiar with the company’s services to respond to the customer accurately.
Salary: PKR 30,000 TO 40,000 + Incentives
Shift Timing: Evening (6:00PM TO 2:00AM) Night (10:00PM TO 6:00AM)
Location: Gulshan e Iqbal Block 13-C near Nishat Linen outlet (Moona Chamber Office#1), Karachi.
