If you want to build your career in Customer Dealing. We're seeking an experienced prospective Logistics Customer Support Executive that can offer value to our team and make a good difference in our organization, allowing us to continue on our path to success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must provide relevant product and service information.
  • Should be a problem-solve for the customer related to the product/service
  • Interacts with the customer by recording account information and maintaining customer records.
  • Build a relationship with the customer and acknowledge to resolve customer complaints that would lead to a good Quality assurance result.
  • Must be enthusiastic and maintain a positive professional attitude towards the customer all the time.
  • Bring up innovation for the betterment of the customer experience.
  • Must be familiar with the company’s services to respond to the customer accurately.

Salary: PKR 30,000 TO 40,000 + Incentives

Shift Timing: Evening (6:00PM TO 2:00AM) Night (10:00PM TO 6:00AM)

Location: Gulshan e Iqbal Block 13-C near Nishat Linen outlet (Moona Chamber Office#1), Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
