Role Summary:

HR Representative is responsible for the local coordination and administration of HR programs and policies as well as providing day-to-day support HR Business Partners (HRBP) in Hungary and other countries in Central Europe.

Working closely with Lead HR BP and local HR BP, HR representative contributes to resolution of operations HR transactions support, consulting and management of vendor relations.

The HR representative is also responsible end to end for the Student Program.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Student program

  • Facilitate talent acquisition process for the student and other temporary workers program in Hungary and CE countries.
  • Manage student requisition workflow including accuracy/quality of position descriptions, appropriate titling/leveling assignment, and overall data accuracy, drive the interviews and manage stakeholders.
  • Acting as a single point of contact for students throughout their engagement in Flowserve
  • Creating value adding learning and career opportunities for the students
  • Managing student vendor relations

Joining and employee documents

  • Pre-onboarding and Onboarding coordination with candidates
  • Writing the contract, information sheet, appropriate JDs, contract changes for all employees
  • Timely HR system updates
  • Support integration of newcomers, facilitating induction programs
  • Creating and maintaining a tracking process for administration ex. new employee files, onboarding checklist, offboarding checklists
  • Regular reviews and follow-ups for missing documents
  • Supporting HRBs in contract terminations and other document preparation
  • Collecting all information required from the leavers and stakeholders to be able to terminate employment relations in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring employees are handed over their legal documents in a timely manner and ensuring everything reaches back to the employee file signed by all parties.
  • Coordinating the medical checks for existing employees and candidates
  • Responsible for all labor documentation processing in line with local labor requirements, involving outsourcing support.

Process improvement

  • Reviewing HR processes under HRBP and Representative responsibility areas, preparing process documents for local HR processes, process rationalization and improvement, change management.
  • Execute complex transactions and quality control. Take ownership and continually create and review processes, documentation and content.

Other tasks

  • Support in reporting when required.
  • Support site-level employee engagement initiatives when needed.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor to support the business, the team and which are in relation to areas of responsibility.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

  • HR experience in international company preferred.
  • Experience in professional services as a plus.
  • Business acumen, knowledge of local HR policies and practices, labor requirements is an advantage.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills: ability to work cross functionally in a matrix organization.
  • Attention to details, resilience, can do attitude and problem solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives exercising sound judgment and flexibility.
