Job Summary

The Sales Representative position will require to work as a part of a sales team to develop both new and existing business relationships in the Asia Pacific market. Integrity, vision, professionalism and passion are key components of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Working as part of the Sales Team to support Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales Representatives with daily order processing and quoting
  • Daily communications with clients from all countries within the region of Asia Pacific
  • Be a subject matter expert on ecommerce sales and support client base with online activities
  • Coordinate and redirect technical questions or clarifications to the proper product strategy and sales teams
  • Ensure data integrity at all times when entering or adjusting data points for orders and accounts
  • Validate product attributes such inventory and pricing to make sure requested product is available
  • Help develop new ways for the CX team to optimize processes and be more efficient
  • Help develop ways to improve overall customer experience through various channels
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Customer Service / insider sales experience
  • Experience in Aerospace an asset
  • Detailed oriented
  • Data entry skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in working with a CRM and ERP
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Basic working knowledge of Spanish an asset
  • Must be results-oriented and able to work with in a team environment
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
