Job title Training Sales Co-ordinator

Reports to Training Consultant & Co-ordinator

Job purpose

To respond to enquiries and offer value propositions to convert prospects into clients, manage key accounts and will be responsible for overseeing all administration within the training institute and supporting trainers with all admin support.

Duties and responsibilities

Training Enquiry Management – Converting Leads into Sales

  • Respond to customer sales enquiries and general queries via the phone and by email
  • Generating sales lead through ZTS Chat
  • Following up on previous sales enquiries to secure bookings or close out
  • Maintain Client Specific Folders and Databases presently used in our institute
  • Contact previous clients (Key account management) to understand their future training needs and supply them with information accordingly
  • Maintain and Update Enquiry Register and share analysis report on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly basis on our popular courses that need more frequency in our training calendar
  • Employ Business Development Strategies and Skills to acquire new clients (Ex: Cold

Calling, Email Blast, etc)

  • Maintaining and Updating Previous Work Experience Tracker and updating all news training events in the Training Inventory
  • Get the Internet Marketing Consultant (IMC) to use the participant reviews to update on our courses listed with various indirect marketing channels and on our website
  • Also Get IMC to update our Training Group Photo’s and Testimonials on our Website and other Social Media Channels

Training Proposal, Quote and Accounts Management

  • To prepare Proposals, Quotes and Invoices for every training enquiry brought in by the

Business Development and Marketing team

  • To maintain registers for Invoices, quotes and other financial instruments used by the training institute
  • To follow-up with clients on invoices that are overdue

Key Account Management and Engagement

  • Greet and Celebrate with clients on their special days such as Birthdays & Wedding

Anniversaries

  • To all client and prospects, on behalf of ZTS wish them collectively on Eid, New Year and the likes

Training Co-ordination and Administration

  • Support the Administration team before, during and after the training programme

Qualifications

  • BBA or B.com ideally with emphasis in communications, management, administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of similar work experience
  • Experience working with small/medium businesses
  • Prior experience in Sales conversion is a must
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills are required
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources

Working conditions

Working hours: In Shifts 9am to 6pm or 12 pm to 9 pm

Working day: 5 days working week in 7 Business Days of the week
