The organizational change manager will be responsible for the strategic evaluation and management of change impacts across a program. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with Program Sponsors, Champions, and Program Managers to support change management efforts for critical enterprise-wide programs. You will be coordinating across programs and projects to improve business processes and move us towards digitally integrated systems. You will receive leadership from the Change & Project Management Leader of the enterprise/division/function that you are aligning to.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and coordinating change management needs across different project work streams of a program in partnership with the program manager, program champion, and sponsor
- Implementing a holistic and integrated strategy for change across the program
- Coordinating change plans and activities with other Program and Project Change Managers to ensure alignment with Enterprise change planning
- Engaging and coaching program team members on change management activities including; change strategy development, stakeholder analysis, communication and engagement planning, adoption and sustainment plans, and effectiveness measures to support project success
- Monitor and ensure the quality of projects’ change management activities and deliverables
- Partner with future state owner, program/project manager and project change manager to identify and develop sustainment plan, activities and additional sustainment requisites to successfully engage in the new way of work; solidly secure future state owner engagement with program/project
- Utilize established methods, tools, and processes for Change Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members
- Influencing decision makers and challenging the organization to create strategies for disruption, breakthroughs, transformation and innovation
- Breaking down limiting barriers that could block the introduction of new ways of working
- Designing and facilitating engagements for decision making to drive towards alignment and effective end outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of in a formal change management role applying organization effectiveness and strategic and tactical change management expertise across all aspects of a change program including: stakeholder management, leadership alignment, business process alignment, communications, change management, risk assessment, training, coordination and coaching of CM/PMs within the program, and measurement
- Manufacturing experience – leading changes for manufacturing employees
- Experience across all OCM deliverables – comms, change impacts, training
- Comfortable with rolling up their sleeves and delivering the tactics
- Experienced in close working partnership with stakeholders through the identification, creation, and execution of various deliverables
- Change Management Certification (PROSCI ADKAR, CCMP)

- Coaching and effectively influencing leaders and Associates to choose to work in new ways
- Acting as an internal or external consultant
- Planning, organizing, and developing coordinated stakeholder management, change management and communications in support of adopting new ways of working and achieving differentiated business outcomes
- Designing and facilitating working sessions, workshops and/or other types of large engagements
- Creating systems to manage and continuously improve processes that enable strategic visibility across a program
- Strong design and facilitation skills
- Experience in enterprise-wide or functional level scope ERP, digital change, and design thinking is required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
- Ability to work in teams and motivate others in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Desire and ability to continuously learn
- Familiarity with change, project and program management principles and tools
- Ability to:
- Balance competing priorities
- Travel globally (up to 25% depending on program needs)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to influence to drive action despite ambiguous environment
- Experience in influencing without authority
- Can balance collaboration with the need to drive work to a desired outcome or deliverable
