- Experience as a Barista
- Experience in a similar role as all-rounder
- Provides high-quality customer service
- Has exceptional and consistent standards of food and coffee preparation
- Has a positive attitude
- Works well under pressure and within a fast-paced environment
- Has great interpersonal skills
