Supervisor,Channel Sales,HT,Hangzhou - Asia Pacific

主要职责：

1. 全面负责地区范围内世达工具五金，PPE销售活动，控制区域内市场价格；每天拜访经销商或做单公司不少于3家；按时完成日报，每周按时完成周报；

2. 每月不少于三次对重点终端拜访，和终端推广人员制定TOP20终端客户的开发跟进策略

3. 开发、管理区域内经销商及重要客户并做好跟进；跟踪项目报价，与分经销商保持深入联系，协助其做好产品销售及终端推广活动；

4. 针对销售目标，建立战略合作伙伴体系并负责日常的维护，对当地重点建设项目做好跟进，并分配好团队人员跟进；

5. 监督实施公司年、季、月度销售计划，统计好每月跟进表，根据跟进表制定好次月拜访计划

6. 组织并召开每周与分销商的联席会议，并对本周重点工作做出安排

7. 每年不少于一次安排区域经销商及重点客户的会议，每年不少于一次组织并安排经销商新产品的培训；

8. 完成公司安排的其他工作。

经验及背景：

1. 大专学历，机械制造专业优先考虑；

2. 从事销售工作五年以上，并有二年以上渠道管理经验, 有与大型工矿企业销售经验者优先考虑；

3. 有良好的沟通和谈判技巧;具备良好的市场把握和协调能力, 具创新意识和敬业精神；

4. 工作勤奋努力，积极主动，善于达到销售目标。
