  • Uphold financial process adherence to accounting standards and internal control norms.
  • Conduct thorough financial process evaluations, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and implementing continuous improvements in finance and accounting.
  • Lead initiatives for quality assurance and enhancement.
  • Champion a culture of lean methodology and ongoing improvement.
  • Oversee the automation of process workflows.
  • Manage user testing for newly implemented processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with process leaders and business partners.
  • Assess and report on KPIs, proposing process optimizations based on these metrics.
  • Assist process leaders in elevating quality and operational efficiency.
  • Organize and facilitate both internal and external financial audits.
  • Aid in integrating new activities into the structure, and foster the development of value-adding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and update standard operating procedures as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain effective collaborations with essential stakeholders and teams.
  • Utilize best practices, industry benchmarks, and proven methodologies to drive transformation objectives and strategies.
  • Develop and manage dashboards for Management Information and coordinate governance-related discussions.

  • Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting or similar.
  • Exceptional skills in management, project oversight, leadership, and building relationships.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a leadership role in Finance or Audit with experience in a Big 4 firm being advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services operational processes, including Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, and Order to Cash.
  • Proven capability in leading automation and enhancing processes.
  • Highly developed analytical, persuasive, and communicative abilities.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Competent in working efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Experienced in managing smaller teams, capable of hands-on involvement, with a knack for resolving conflicts and influencing outcomes.
  • Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
