Location: Athens, Greece
Hybrid Work Model
Reports To: HR Director Athens Site & Global HRBP IT
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Run Monthly HR analysis and produce HR reporting, including tracking key HR metrics and preparing reports/dashboards for management ; Optimize and implement new data processes/tools.
  • Assist with the whole recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, scheduling and conducting interviews, conducting background checks, and help for the onboarding process.
  • Assist with employer branding strategies and activities (e.g. organizing and participating in career events).
  • Actively drive and organize employee engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate implementation of new employee training, development actions and other related initiatives.
  • Participate in the design and execute HR projects with precision, from compensation to performance review and other key HR topics.
  • Manage and organize files, documents and records related to ongoing HR projects.
Qualifications & Experience
  • University Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, economics, management or other relevant fields.
  • Min. 2 years of HR experience, preferably in an Analyst or HR Generalist role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek languages.
  • First experience using human resource management systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, pivot tables and presentations.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong appetite to make a difference and proactive approach to the delivery of high-quality HR services.
  • Multi-tasking mindset combined with ability to prioritize and provide results with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills.
