Job Title
As part of the Transformation Office you will support the Finance Transformation journey working together with the Transformation senior managers into empowering teams with the right capabilities, solving bottlenecks and supporting decision-making at an executive level and monitoring the performance and impact of initiatives
In this role you'll
- Steer Transformation defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap together with the Head of Finance Strategy and Transformation Office, the senior manager of the team and the CFO
- Act as a valued Business Partner on all levels, being an integral part of the key decision-making process
- Facilitate interaction with BU/BLs, having clear counterparts for strategic activities within Finance
- Enable and push a shift away from manual, transactional activities to focus on insightful analyses for the business
Specific accountabilities will be
- Use fact-based, unbiased analyses and insights to assess the full potential of Finance transformation across performance, health and capabilities
- Analyze opportunities (e.g., process improvement, operating model alternatives) based on overall strategic alignment, business/cost opportunity and risk assessment
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a disciplined approach to execution and monitoring of initiatives through standardized templates and processes
- Focus on continuous process monitoring to identify improvement opportunities and new initiatives
- Follow up on the transformation governance follows a clear decision-making hierarchy with the right people involved. From organizational change, through business process management and from data management, competitive intelligence, and other aspects of transformation
- Define and execute an internal and external communication plan aligned with overall Finance strategy
About the ideal candidate
- University degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering, or related
- At least 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting firms, strategy departments or corporate transformation offices
- Understanding of Finance area is a plus
- Proficient in using Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficient in English (both verbal and written); Spanish, French an advantage
- Ability to communicate information clearly and precisely to various stakeholders
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations
