Sales Specialist - SMB

Location: Sweden - Stockholm (Kista) preferably, Gothenburg or Malmö

ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As the Sales Specialist in Arrow, you will join the Sales team located in our offices in Stockholm (Kista), Sweden. You will exercise your role within the Swedish market, taking care of the renewals for the small and medium-sized businesses.

Within this position, you will be mainly making sure that the commercial deals of our Vendor (Broadcom/Symantec) are handled correctly and sent to the customer. You'll be in contact with partners and customers for creating new opportunities and grow our business.

Your role will involve continuous relationship development between the business area (partners and customers), regional teams (Business Development Manager and Operations Team) to ensure a trust and support of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

On the daily basis, you will be:
  • Responsible for the coordination and execution of sales of Broadcom solutions in an assigned territory for the SMB market
  • Identifying and grow vendor's workloads through building relationships with the existing partners
  • Being in contact with partners and final customers, doing the follow-up on the offers made and detecting ways to create a new demand, and then identify, qualify, and close opportunities
  • Bringing new partners to the company
  • Working closely with Business Development Manager and Operations Team
  • Travelling to/working from customers & partner sites as required by activity

A FEW THINGS YOU'RE AN EXPERT AT
  • Development of existing and new Customers, excellent communication skills
  • Having at least 2-3 years of experience in Sales IT on positions such as Inside Sales / Inside Sales Account Manager /Business Development/Account Management
  • Knowing or being involved in Broadcom/Symantec solutions selling will be considered a plus
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Good knowledge of the local market
  • Works independently but also a team player
  • Fluency in Swedish and English language is a must to be successful in this recruitment
