Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional seeking an exciting opportunity to shape and optimize production activities? We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our team and lead the charge in resource optimization, performance enhancement, and strategic planning.

About the Job

In this role, you'll be responsible to drive the development and implementation of production systems and processes aligned with the organization’s overall vision and both its current and long-term business objectives. You will supervise the cost-effectiveness of production activities, optimize resources, and prioritize spending to achieve volume, quality, and manufacturing standards.

You'll take charge of the production output plan, ensuring daily and monthly targets are successfully achieved. Leading and motivating your team to improve production KPIs will be a key responsibility. Furthermore, you'll play a vital role in fostering the growth, learning, and development of your team, laying the foundation for their success. This also involves strategic succession planning to ensure the continuity of excellence in leadership within the department.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Manage a team to ensure the production plan is communicated effectively to all. Supervising the planning and priorities of production to ensure maximum performance and minimum delays.
  • Monitor cost-effectiveness, optimize resources, and uphold quality standards.
  • Manage production output plans and drive team performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities in production, supply chain, logistics, repairs, service, and project management.
  • Collaborate with departments to meet tasks and requirements.
  • Organize, manage, and evaluate employees' performance.
  • Allocate resources for maximum productivity and support employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Champion Manufacturing Excellence and Safety @ Work culture.
  • Lead production forecasting in collaboration with the sales team.

About the Ideal Candidate

You have a proven track record of 3-5 years in a similar capacity, accompanied by full proficiency in English.

You are a self-starter, with a continuous improvement mindset. Your skillset encompasses astute problem-solving within a high-pressure environment, ensuring goal achievement through meticulous planning.

You have the ability to navigate complexities and deliver results, all while maintaining a positive approach to conflict resolution that benefits both employees and the company. Your leadership proficiency shines through team engagement and ability to initiate process improvements when required. Furthermore, great interpersonal skills and effective relationship-building across organizations will be key.
