The Minster Building is a multi-tenanted building consisting of two ground floor receptions. It provides a range of highly specified and flexible offices designed to meet the requirements of City occupiers. The building is a striking, state of the art office building which is designed both architecturally and operationally for the modern occupier.
We are looking for an outstanding individual to fullfill this role. Someone who is able to deliver excellent customer service, work on their own initiative, takes ownership, is pro active and is a team player. There are two reception desks, one to the front (main reception) and one to the back of the building where internal clients use the most. Responsibilities include: meet and greet, signing in visitors, logging and distribution of post and packages, supporting pop ups and events and training our Team Support members who train in order to cover absences. Being able to build and nurturing good strong relationships with our CBRE clients and the tenants is a must.
Shift pattern: Between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00
Salary: £28,840pa
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team , organisational skills ,energy, focus , direction are essential. Excellent Customer focus and service.
