- Responsible for social media platforms (email, Facebook, Viber, etc.) related to patient products and services queries
- Will handle inbound calls of customer queries
- Scheduling appointments for patient consultations, procedures, and visits with medical personnel

Qualifications:
- Graduate of Tourism/Commerce/Marketing/Business Administration or any medical-related course
- Preferably with a background in the healthcare industry as Receptionist, Admin or Medical Secretary
- With excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Well versed in managing social media (answering of queries)
- Demonstrable ability to deliver client-focused solutions to patient needs
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries
