Receptionist [Philippines]


 
  • Responsible for social media platforms (email, Facebook, Viber, etc.) related to patient products and services queries
  • Will handle inbound calls of customer queries
  • Scheduling appointments for patient consultations, procedures, and visits with medical personnel

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Tourism/Commerce/Marketing/Business Administration or any medical-related course
  • Preferably with a background in the healthcare industry as Receptionist, Admin or Medical Secretary
  • With excellent communication skills (oral & written)
  • Well versed in managing social media (answering of queries)
  • Demonstrable ability to deliver client-focused solutions to patient needs
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
