We are looking for a Customer Service Employee for our growing location in Veghel. The Customer Service department is the link between the Warehouse and our customers. Our company is an international organization with employees of various nationalities, so English is the main language, but it is also important that you have a good command of the Dutch language. In this role, you will be part of the Customer Service Team, which currently consists of three people, and you will report to the General Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain contact with customers and contribute to a good customer relationship.
  • Provide support in the import and export processes to and from the Netherlands. This includes preparing various customs documents, such as import declarations, export declarations, transit (T1/T2), bonded warehousing, and goods classification.
  • Handle related Origin documentation, including Certificates of Origin (CvO), EUR.1, A.TR, and ATA-Carnet.
  • Receive customers and/or customs officials on-site.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the Warehouse and seek the necessary information when needed.
  • Have regular discussions with customers to discuss logistics processes.
  • Perform administrative tasks.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks.
  • Identify issues and provide solutions when encountering obstacles.

Who you are:

  • You have at least a vocational level of education obtained through training or work experience in a similar role.
  • You have demonstrable experience with customs affairs, clearances, and the preparation of various export documents.
  • You have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages.
  • Preferably, you have experience in the logistics industry, particularly in fashion (this is a plus).
  • Preferably, you have an affinity for warehouse processes.
  • You are enthusiastic, proactive, and decisive.
  • You are social and have good communication skills.
  • You are flexible and able to work well both independently and in a team.
  • You have a big-picture perspective and are not easily discouraged.
  • Last but not least, you bring joy, positivity, and humor with you!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €2,400.00 - €3,000.00 per month
