Junior Office Manager (Social Media Savvy)
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Office Manager with a strong background in social media. As a coworking center, we value collaboration, creativity, and innovation, and we are looking for someone who shares these values.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the coworking center
Respond to member inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Coordinate events and meetings
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to promote the coworking center and engage with the community
Create and publish engaging content on social media platforms
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
1-2 years of experience in office management or social media management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
