Collections Admin and Support Administrator [Ireland]

Reporting to the Collections Administration Assistant Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the support tasks for the Administration & Support area including customer correspondence, report printing, posting transactions and processing invoices, loan sale queries and the deceased account updates.

The administration of these cases is subject to the terms and legislation contained within the relevant acts & codes, while also adhering to the Company¿s internal policies and procedures.


Responsibilities:
  • Meet individual performance targets
  • Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Comply fully with the Bank processes and procedures
  • Comply fully with the industry regulatory procedures directly relating to the Bank
  • Ensure all SLA¿s are met
  • Ensure QA results are kept above 85%


Requirements:
  • Proven track record in the delivery of customer service
  • Knowledge of the Code of Conduct on Mortgage Arrears (CCMA);
  • Mortgage Arrears Resolution Process (MARP),
  • The Consumer Protection Code (CPC)
  • The Minimum Competency Code (MCC)
  • How to apply these through interaction with the Bank¿s customers


This is a Permanent role based in Permanent TSB's St. Stephen¿s Green,Dublin .
