Who You Are:

We are seeking a White Label Mobile App Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our White Label app deployments, setting up and maintaining clients Apple and Google Play store accounts, ensuring timely updates and maintaining a healthy relationship with these clients. This role is open to all candidates residing in MEXICO.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the white label customer relationship for the lifetime of the customer
  • Monitor new sale events and work with the customers to complete all prerequisites before initial deployment
  • Proceed to initial deployment which includesSetting up access on apple / google accounts

Setting up listing specifics
Creating multiple security keys and putting them in the right systems in a secure and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional IT support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during onboarding
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of new app versions
  • Get user feedback, and take appropriate actions to ensure user satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest app store guidelines and policies, and ensure compliance with them
  • Provide regular reports on version updates and user feedback to the management team

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Experience with using multiple dashboards specifically for deployment on both iOS and Android platforms
  • Strong proficiency with using MacOS and good task management and multitasking skills
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile app on the basis of support documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in data entry and coordination of data across multiple data management systems.
  • Proficient in managing Google Sheets
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team
